How Do I Block A Number From Incoming Calls And Incoming Text

You can't block calls. You can go under contacts and have certain contacts sent directly to voice mail if you like, and download an sms app like handcent, and it will block texts from a certain number, well it will hide it from you so you won't have to deal with them. There are other apps out there, paid apps, in the google play store that claim they are able to block numbers, but that's debatable. You can contact your phone carrier if someone is harassing you or if you would like to switch numbers.
