Constantly Running

My unit is constantly running evn when the desired temperature is reached. Is this normal?

Hello, once the unit has reached the desired temperature, the compressor should turn off. (Note that the desired temperature is measured internally from the unit, not from the ambient room temperature.)

If the unit continues to run, it can indicate that either the room is too large to cool, or there may be an influx of warm air, either from an open door or open window. See page 23 of the user manual for more information.
