Is It Possible For The Lmv2083 Otr Microwave To Be Vented Through The Roof?

I seen several different posts stating that they vented their LG LMV2083 over the range microwave through the roof? Is this actually possible? Will it void the warranty? if possible, how would a person actually connect the vent pipe to the microwave?Thank you so much for your help in this matter.
