How To Sync Lgl55c

I have a Mac computer. I need to sync my LG55C straight talk phone some apps. from google play don't stay, I tried to download the app but it reads INSTALLED and I already paid for it. Google recomends to do the sync but I do not know how without the risk of loosing my downloads. Need advice Thanks
