Lg306g Not Recognized

recently purchased lg306g. usb connect to pc laptopresults in alert to install device driver. no driver.lg306g goesunrecognized by computer. cant transfer pictures.any ideas? ~molly b

Hello, you will need to connect either via Wi-Fi or via Bluetooth. You can find instructions for connecting via Wi-Fi on page 15 of the user manual, and instructions for connecting via Bluetooth on page 16.

this device is also bluetooth enabled, you can transfer you files vie bluetooth.
