Lmx31925 6 Blinks

hello my LG Refrigerator model: Lmx31925 .. the fridge is just over 7 years old so we just missed warranty coverage! Anyways, I took the back panel off to attempt to troubleshoot and it blinks 6 times on the led indicator. Does anyone know what this could be
