Lg Refrigerator Model Lfx25971sb/1

Refrigerator started making a loud hissing sound in back of unit like air escaping out of a tire leak. When the water dispenser is used the sound immediately stops. When water dispenser button released sound reappears. Otherwise it appears to be working normal. This just started approx 10 hrs ago. The level of noise fluctuates. No water leaks are apparent. Any thoughts on cause?Thank you
