Freezer Fan Motor Replacement

I Have a new feezer fan notor 4861jb1027c.. I bought this as the FF signal was flashing.. I'm in Mexico and boght the fridge in the USA.. I took the Fridge to a LG rep here and he was useless.. I need to replace the fan motor as per instructions from LG support by phone.. I now have the fan motor
