Thick Ice Under Freezer Drawer

There Is A Thick Slab Of Ice Under The Freezer Drawer. Why Is This Happening?

Possible causes are:
  • Door left open too long
  • Door opened too often
  • Door ineffectively sealed [bad gasket]
