Replaced Def Sump Assembly. Still Won't Cycle.

The wash motor on the sump assembly of our lg dishwasher model ldf6810st froze up so I replaced it with a new one.  The unit will power up but fails begin any cycle.  It will however drain when any cycle is canceled.  I suspect the main pcb assembly failed whenever the sump assembly broke.  I'm hesitant to purchase this part (ap4439644)  without some further testing and confirmation.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Randy Anders
