Snow Flake And A Water Drop

a snow flake and a water drop appear in the board ,the mahine dont start to heat.i turn off the power and waite 10 minutes and turn on , it never start to heat .all the filter is clean.i have the same trouble last years and a technician change a sender the same problem came back.
