Lg Motion Battery Issues

I've been trying to get my LG motion to charge for the last few days. I've tried several different wall chargers and my car charger. Nothing.. it will not charge. I've tried to take the battery out and replace it. Has this problem ever happen to anyone else? or does anyone know what could be the problem with my phone?
