> Full charge your phone. > Turn off your phone. > Press and Hold The Home key + Volume down key + Power Key over 10 seconds, together. > When the screens shows an Android Logo, release the Power key, but still hold the volume down key + Home key. > When the recovery option shows up, release the two buttons. > Then navigate "Wipe out data/Factory reset" using your volume keys. > To confirm/OK use your Home button. > Then navigate "Yes -- Delete all users data" then confirm/Ok. Just wait until its finish factory resetting. > Then navigate "Reboot system now", then confirm/OK. Note: it will erase all your save files and data. Hope that helps.
