When I am drying my delicates, they are never dried when the drier has finished its cycle? Why is that?

Do other clothes dry under different settings?

If not you better pull it out and check the vent for blockages.  If the vent gets blocked a fire can result.  That means the entire vent run not just where it connects to the dryer.

This may just be because you use the delicates cycle.  It's trying to not dmagae the clothes by over drying.
