Lg Dle2516w Electric Dryer Wont Dry

Everything works good. Won't dry. Blows cold. Continuity good on all parts. No scorch marks on control panal. 1 moisture bar below normal a.c. No number value on screen when doing diagnostic 4. Motor runs, stops. Diagnostic sheet says see "test 8", no "test 8" listed. Vent not blocked. Breakers good. Any suggestions?
