Greetings - Hard/Factory Restting your phone may be your last resort (ITS ONLY THAT THIS RESET WILL ARASE EVRY USER DATA CURRENTLY ON THE PHONE MEMORY) -

This is how you can ivoke Hard/Factory Reset -

1. (With the memory card and simcard removed and the phone turned off) Press both Volume Down + Camera button + End button (all at the same time)

2. The should be followed by a recovery Menu/Options

Just diligently following the on-screen instructions to complete the hard reset
