Refrigerator Out Of Warranty
Have an LG refrigerator purchased in late 2013. French door, bottom freezer, large cubic feet. Bought extended warranty at Brandsmart. Started leaking water and stopped cooling. Brandsmart said probably compressor and had to order one. Waited over 10 days. Now they said might be another 10 days! Said not even sure if it's the compressor. What should I do? Will LG step-in and help or replace the damn thing?

:( the two warranties are different and LG will sadly not intervene. It is recommended to purchase extended warranties directly from the manuafacturer as often as possible.
