Latest Updated Lg 47g2 Tv

Since October, several apps on my lg 47g2 tv stopped working (streaming videos and movies Amazon Prime and YouTube)... I have searched how to update (press home, press menu, press about, press update)... The problem is, there is no "about" choice... how do I update firmware so my apps work?Thanks

This is wrong " press home, press menu, press about, press update" You can find "about" in "setting".

1. Go to All Apps > Settings > About > System updates.

2. Press the Navigation buttons to scroll to System updates and select Check now. The current firmware version displays.

3. If new update exists, the download is started automaticaly on background. When downloading is completed, a Pop-up appears. Then update your system.
