Static Won't Turn Off
The tv is stuck on static and makes a loud static noise. The buttons are unresponsive and I can'tturn it off. The only way I can turn it off is by unplugging it, or shutting the power off. When I plug it back in or turn the power back on, it has the red light, blinks the green light three times, and shows static with the loud static noise. How do I fix this? Please help me
