Taskalfa 5500i Firmware Update

I've downloaded new firmware for my TASKalfa 5500i but I'm not sure how to go about installing it. Any suggestions and/or has anyone done this before?

I also successfully installed the new firmware by unpacking the files onto a clean USB drive, inserting the USB drive into the MFP, then power cycle the MFP with the USB drive still installed. The machine saw the new firmware and automatically installed it. After installation simply power off the MFP, remove the USB drive, then power the MFP back on.
