Windows 7 And Parallels

I have a new iMac 10.5 and I have Parallels and Windows 7 runnign on it, everything seemed to be working fine until some updates from Windows came along, and now it won't make a booklet correctly, it will not bind the book with a cover from the bypass tray. I have a KyoceraFS8500DN and I was wondering should I unistall Windows 7 and re-install in again
