Paper Jam In Fuser Unit

Hi there,there was paper jam in our fuser unit and left few small pieces of paper in there. I am wondering can i please get help to take them out?Thank you.Kind Regards,Chew

Hi! I have this video showing how you can remove the jam. However, it is in Vietnamese but you should be able to follow by just the video.

Alternatively, you can check this manual from Kyocera for instructions.
