Problem With Kyocera Fs-4000dn.

It shows on the screen the message "Call Service 7410:0017603"

Our engineers tell me this code signifies a drum error, either the drum is not correctly installed or it's not the correct drum for the printer.

Open the top and remove the toner cartridge.

Open the left door.

Remove the waste toner bottle

Slide the drum out about an inch and slam it back in.

Replace toner and waste bottle.
