How Can I Have Family Members Pickup My Groceries? How Are They Packaged?

Good question.
You can ask nicely of any family member provided that the item to be collected is a genuine item and thus there won't be any headaches.
The family member must have an active ID and you must have contacted the seller that you won't be able to come get your goods that a family member would come.

Yes, another person can pick up your order. Kroger says, "They just need to provide a valid form of payment and a valid ID for any age-restricted item." This admittedly is a bit confusing, since you will already have paid for the order by debit or credit card--so you may want to clarify with Kroger. (You can if necessary find contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com.) Kroger does not stipulate how your order is packed, so you may want to ask that directly of Kroger. Kroger will load your order into the receiving person's car.
