How Do I Fix A Media Jam Transfer Roller Error When There Is No Jam???

How do I fix a media jam transfer roller error when there is no paper jam in a konica minolta magicolor 3730 DN????????

The one trick which worked for me a couple of times is to apply a lot of pressue to the center of the pickup opening without any paper in the tray. You could even try hitting like a rubber mallet in the center of the tray and see what happens. After applying the pressure or hitting with a mallet, load with paper, turn on and see what happens. Just my thoughts on this problem. Best of luck!
