Urgent Printing Not Working Consistently For Mac And Windows

Hi,We have one of these printers at each school site with different printer settings and OS setup.For example:At once school site, I have a mac computer setup with the right printer drivers, but after I click print, the printer receives the data, but nothing shown on the job list stored and printed out anymore. However, when we use a windows computer, the printer receives it and prints it directly.Second school site, I have all the staff printing from their macbooks to the printer under public folder>box # , to retrieve their print job, but it doesn't show up and sometimes after I save the box # to a different one, it reverts back to the old one and not save the new one. The interesting part is that once, we tried to print to a windows desktop, it prints out only on staff's login account and not on a separate login account to the computer. The printer settings aren't matched between user accounts on the windows computer?I need steps how to fix this because our staff needs to print report cards out.Also, I need clarification setup guides to setup mac/windows to the printer using Public, Personal, and Secure Folders.
