Bizhub Printers Screen Freezing
What's wrong when every one of my touch screens on my bizhub printers (454e, 554e, etc.) freeze up / lock up when plugged into my network? What causes this type of problem?

There are and have been many reasons for the freezing. Some cases it's been the machine (MFP Board, memory) and other, the network infrastructure. The question isn't detailed enough to answer accurately but a few things can be tried from easiest to hardest (cheapest to the most expensive) 1. Firstly update the firmware to version J9 (released december 14) 2. Run the machine via your laptop for a few hours. 3. Replace memory. 4. replace hard drive. 5. replace mfp board. I have found in some cases there is to much IPV6 traffic. Good luck.
