How To Delete An Email In 'scan To Email'
How would you delete an email address that is in the Konica Minoltla Bizhub 4750. We had an employee leave and we would like to remove his name but none of the instructions found online so far seem to be working? Its probably real simple but I just cant figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks

Remove the email addresses from the copier by clicking "Menu" on the screen of the copier. Choose "Email list" from the menu. Scroll through the emails. When you find one you would like to delete, highlight it with the up/down arrows, and press the red or "Cancel" button to delete each email address.

- Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
- Press [System Settings].
- Press [Administrator Tools].
- Press [Address Book Management].
- Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
- Select the name whose e-mail address you want to delete.Press the name key, or enter the registered number using the number keys. You can search by the registered name, fax number, folder name, e-mail address, or IP-Fax destination.
- Press [E-mail].
- Press [Change] under "E-mail Address".
- Press [Delete All], and then press [OK].
- Press [OK].
- Press [Exit].
- Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
