Not Turning On.
Hi,The Kodak SV-1011- EASY SHARE Digital Picture frame is not turning on. The Power is not being observed to the LCD screen. What is the voltage obtained for LCD to turn on.

1. The voltage is 3.3 volts, but the SV-1011 requires a minimum of 3 volts to turn on.
2. It sounds like your Kodak SV-1011 is not getting enough power to start up.
This could be a battery issue or a problem with the power adapter. Try changing the batteries first, and if that doesn't work, try using another power adapter.
If both of those don't fix the problem, it may be time to invest in a new camera.
