Still Photographs
Can I make still photo's from the movies taken on my M340 ?

Yes, but the quality will suffer. If you are still interested, you need to transfer the video to a computer then either screenshot the part where you want the photo or use a video-editing tool to take the frame. Again, this will result in major quality loss.
