Installation

Having changed to a computer with Windows 7, I find that it will not accept the software. The fault appears to be in the driver software. I load the software from the supplied cd, and have tried to download the driver updates, but find that they are not accepted either

The first thing you have to consider for your drive installation problem is to determine the compatibility of your device which Kodak Camera to yourWindows 7 Operating System.You can do this by following these steps.

1. Read the manual if there is a statement wherein the device is compatible with Windows 7 Operating System.

2. Reinstall the driver software while your device is removed from the USB port. This is to avoid driver installation conflicts.

3. Search on the Internet by typing the exact model of of your Kodak Camera and find if what are the compatible operating system.

4. You can also visit the main website of the device and if possible contact them and ask about the problem of your device with your computer.

5. Try your device to other version of Operating System to make sure that there is really a problem with your Windows 7 version of OS.
