Why Cant Customer Service For Support Be Contacted Other Than 8 To 5..

Hi. Retail companies sadly invest very little on customer support as there is no direct ROI - this must be the reason why Kmart will only pay their call center staff for services offered between 8-5. You can alternatively try them via email at [email protected]
