Where Is My Order? My Credit Card Was Charged On March 15th.
My online order was charged on 3/15. I received an email saying it was shipped on March 23! One package received w/3 pair of shoes. Waiting very impatiently for last pair for a birthday gift for 4/8! I called customer service and spoke with Marie and she promised I would get a call back tonight. Nothing and kmart phones aren't being answered! I have to work tomorrow and Friday!
