Kscs25fvbl Keeps Turning On And Off

My Kenmore side-by-side model kscs25fvbl fan keeps turning off and on. It sounds like it is clicking off for a second then it comes back on for varying lengths of time. Sometimes it will run for just a few seconds before clicking off and back on. Sometimes it may run for several minutes before clicking off then on again.
