Why Are All Lights Blinking And It Won’t Turn On?...

All of the sudden when I wanted to use the blender, all lights were blinking, and I can’t get them to turn off so I can use the blender. As long as the lights are blinking it is not operable. I already tried to disconnect the ac cable and plugged it back in to the electrical outlet hoping it will reset the blender and have the lights off but did not work. Please get back to me as soon as possible...
