Kitchenaid Blender Ksb354who Blade Loosens Each Time Blending Is Done

The blade does not stay tight causing fluids to pour over motor. There is a thin rubber gasket between the blade and inside jar, but due to the blade coming very loose, I can't blend anything wet or dry without this problem. the blade unit cannot be detached due to a permanent blocking mechanism. How can I fix the problem. The unit is about 6 to 10 months old.
