Normal Noise Level

What is the normal noise level for this refrigerator? We had one of this model delivered and it operator quietly with no noticiable noise. But it had some dents and scratches and a drawer that wouldn't open so we got another new one to replace it. This second one has a noticiable noise level and cyling frequency that my wife can hear all over our one bedroom condo and finds really disturbing. A tech person is coming to check it out. My wife thinks a new one like the first one that was totally quiet is the only option she'll find acceptable. So what is the normal noise level?
