Fan Spits Out Hot Air To The Floor On Kess907xsp

why does it do this and is there any way to alter this or turn it off? what does it help? Kitchen Aid range kess907xsp.  Is it worth keeping despite that.  Pretty weird to have ALOT of hot air spewing out of teh oven while cooking. Just bought mine and didn;t know it did this.  Is it worth keeping?
