Your first step, as suggested in the previous answer, is to call KitchenAid (800-541-6390). If you can't get the part from KitchenAid you may be able to obtain the part number. Then try the following:
  • Contact local parts dealers, who might be able to supply or maybe fix the part
  • Try appliance merchants, who might be able to supply or maybe fix the part
  • Enter your part number in a search engine like Google or Yahoo
  • Try eBay--search with the part number
  • Try a used appliance store
  • Take the part you have to an appliance technician, who might possibly be able to fix the part
  • Contact refurbishing companies

Hi. Third party parts dealers do not seem to hold parts for this model either. I would therefore suggest you try and contact KitchenAid support for a sure word or your options.
