Brand New Kdte204ess Not Cleaning Well

Brand new KitchenAid KDTE204ESS not cleaning well. Followed all instructions and tried 3 times with same dishes, flatware and glasses which were not very soiled to begin with. First cycle I tried Express Wash, 2nd time used Normal & Heat Dry cycle, 3rd time, Rinse only. Glass and flatware were still spotty and streaky.
