Have A Kitchenaid Dw Model Kdf104dss

DW starts & runs, but doesn't appear to go through the washing cycle (find the tablet on the bottom of the DW) - checked the valve on the bottom to see if it was stuck in the up position - apperars to be OK - Any other ideas?
