Kitchenaid Kbls36ftx Won't Stay Cool

Hi there, I have 2 of these units in my kitchen, and neither stay cool. They keep heating up to 40-60 deg in the fridge and over 30-40 degrees in the freezer.  when i hit the overtemp reset button they chill back down again, but then go back up.  It's really weird that both are doing this.  What could it be please?
