A Debit Was Taken Out Of My Account For £7.99 On The But I Did Not Receive
A debit was taken out of my account for £7.99 but I did not receive a book.The debit was taken out on the 26th September 2016. I had tried to by a book on offer for £1.99 but the book never came onto my device and £7.99 was taken. Can you please deal with this for me.RegardsWendy Watson
