I have a Kindle account and have forgotten my password. I need to reset a new password.

Here's how to reset your Kindle account password:
1) Go to amazon.com.
2) Click "Sign In".
3) Click "Forgot your password?"
4) Enter the email address you used with your Kindle account.
5) Type the characters you see.
6) Click continue.
You will then have to check your email and click on the link Amazon has sent you to reset your Kindle password.
