How Do I Get My Screen To Stop Changing

How do I turn on my Kenwood touch screen?
follows: To turn on the screen: Touch the screen. (Hold) To turn on the screen: Press and hold DISP OFF on the monitor panel or touch the screen. If the unit fails to operate properly, press the reset button.
