Touch Screen Non-responsive

Stereo Was Working Fine Till I Notice The Channels Were Changing On The Own As If Somone Was Touching The Screen. After Trying To Change The Channel Back It Stop Being Resposive, But I Still Get A Display. I Have Already Hit The Reset Button But Still The Touchscreen Is Non Responsive, While I Still Have A Display. What Are Your Suggestions If Any?1
