Ignitors Are Clicking And Will Not Stop

We were cleaning our kenmore elite oven yesterday with water and some spray, all the ignitors started clicking and they will not stop.  We unplugged the power since last night and plug it again today, however, it continues to click.  what should we do to fix it?
