Racks

I have recently purchased a Kenmore wall oven model 40459 and the racks have a hazardous tendency to fall while removing food. Do I have the wrong racks? They seem to fit and only fail occasionally, but if we get scalded by hot food, once is enough! Would buying new racks be enough?
