Brush Rotation
The rotating brush for cleaning carpets will not rotate, or will only kick in occasionally. I've been told there is a reset button that will solve the problem. Is that true? If so, where is it located

So my vacuum starrted having the same problems. I started messing with stuff and realized that the plastic ends of roller brush pop off. It doesnt look like it but they do. When I pulled them off i found dirt and that some of the plastic had melted. I cleaned it well. Hair got stuck deep inside which you may not readily see. I used a steak Knife and dug it out. Even tho some of the plastic was melted, it still popped back together and works fine. Hope this helps.Probably need to be cleaned out montly, to avoid future problems.

The Agitator Brush Will Not Turn. The Vacuum Still Has Suction. Reset Button Ok
the reset button isn't popped out. nothing is wrapped around the roller. vacuum is about 1 1/2 old.
