I Have Men More 19110 Sewing Machine.
Stitches very slow. Eventhough I press the peddle

If the machine will turn over easily with the hand-wheel by hand then I would think it would be either the motor or the foot control.
I would suggest removing the belt so you can see if the motor will spin up faster. If it will spin by itself without the belt connected then the machine is the problem with a dry bearing.
If it does not speed up then, it may be either the motor or the foot control. The only way to truly check this is with a known good foot control. If you can turn the pulley on the motor freely then I would say that the foot controller is the problem.
This controller is not longer available from Sears but you should be able to get it on line. The part number for the foot control is 6816 and if you Google that part number there should be a number of sewing parts dealers that will come up with a generic replacement. You may even find a used one.Foot controller 6816.
